MetaMuseModelsAgentsMeta ships Muse Wonder and Wonder Full — its first frontier models
October 12, 20262 min read
Meta’s Superintelligence Labs released Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full on October 12, claiming frontier-class performance for personal and professional agents with Active Memory and Active Focus. Wonder is on the Meta Model API at $4/$20 per million tokens; Wonder Full is Muse Code subscriber-only. Wonder Full scores ~56 on Artificial Analysis, near Claude Opus 5.5.
Why it matters
Meta is back in the frontier race after Llama fell behind. Closed weights, agent-first features, and Opus-level API pricing mean the four-lab stack (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta) is complete again for builders shopping frontier agents.
Meta released Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full on October 12 as its first frontier-class models from Superintelligence Labs, led by Alexandr Wang.
The models target long-horizon personal and professional agent work — coding, legal/finance/health tasks, multi-step goals — with two named capabilities: Active Memory (carry relevant context across conversations) and Active Focus (persist on hard tasks, recover from errors, check in before consequential actions). Both support a 1M-token context and multimodal input. Meta says they were trained at its Prometheus data center.
Muse Wonder is available via the Meta Model API and Muse Code at $4 per million input tokens, $20 output, $0.20 cached input. Muse Wonder Full is limited to Muse Code subscribers (Power/Maximum plans) and is not on the public API. Independent Artificial Analysis scoring puts Wonder Full around 56 on the Intelligence Index (near Claude Sonnet 5.5 / just below Opus 5.5); Meta claims strong results on MemoryBench, coding agent tests, and Harvey LAB-style legal agent evals. Wonder will also power the Muse consumer agent for subscribers.
