Anthropic Signs $45 Billion Compute Deal with Nscale for Vera Rubin Chips

Anthropic has entered a six-year, $45 billion computing agreement with Nscale under which the infrastructure provider will deploy Nvidia Vera Rubin chips to support Anthropic’s growing workloads. The pact is Anthropic’s fifth major compute commitment in the past eight months as the company races to secure capacity for Claude and related products. Nscale will supply the hardware and infrastructure while Anthropic locks in long-term access to next-generation accelerators. The size of the commitment reflects both the intensity of demand for frontier models and the scarcity of advanced AI compute.
