AM Intelligence (AMI), linked to Greenko founders, has ordered 9,000 Nvidia Vera Rubin chips as it builds toward a 5 GW global data-center network, planning 200 MW of capacity in the next 18 months with roughly $3 billion in funding.

The order is one of the larger early commitments to Nvidia’s next-generation Vera Rubin platform and signals continued aggressive capacity expansion outside the traditional hyperscaler group.
AM Intelligence (AMI), promoted by the founders of Greenko, has placed an order for 9,000 Nvidia Vera Rubin chips as part of a plan to build a multi-gigawatt global AI data-center network. The company intends to deploy about 200 MW of capacity over the next 18 months and is backed by approximately $3 billion in debt and equity funding.
The order represents one of the more substantial early commitments to Nvidia’s Vera Rubin generation and shows demand extending beyond the largest U.S. hyperscalers. AMI is targeting both model-training workloads and global AI customers.
The scale of the planned buildout underscores how capital continues to flow into new AI infrastructure even as financing and power constraints tighten in some markets.
